About Us: Aatlo Jewelry Gallery
Founded by multi-award winning designer, Gordon Aatlo Designs continues with Gordon's commitment to unique designs that are creative, exquisitely crafted, reasonably priced, offering quality and value.
Gordon was the third generation of his family to become a jeweler. The family originally came from Norway, with Gordon's Uncle being the jeweler to the King of Norway.
The traditions of fine jewelry creation are of European Standards. The art of the jeweler's skill set has been passed down now to the 4th generation, currently operating Gordon Aatlo Designs.
The first in the family to receive national and international recognition, Gordon produced hundreds of designs, starting in the 1960's. Sought after for his superior workmanship and design quality, his work was purchased by Gumps, Neiman Marcus and I. Magnin as well as smaller boutique stores.
A favorite of gem and jewelry lovers, Gordon has received numerous awards including the AGTA Spectrum Platinum Honors Award (a two time winner) and from the California Jewelers Association. In addition, Gordon appeared on several magazine covers including Patek Philippe European edition and Lapidary Journal and Professional Jewelers. His work has also been featured in books by gemstone experts Renee Newman and Antoinette Bonanno.
Gordon has worked with acclaimed gemstone artists including Bernd and Tom Munsteiner, Arthur Lee Anderson, Dalan Hargrave, Steve Walters and Glenn Lehrer.
Our gems are conflict free and fairly traded. We source our gold, platinum and silver from recycled sources, helping to protect the environment.
